We know that an ircd can consume a lot of memory and/or processor, but we have to try and ensure that these things are regulated fairly and that our service remains as fast as possible for all users. In this aim, we have set the following guidelines for ircd resource usage:

- Maximum of 3.5% memory usage.
- Maximum of 2.5% CPU usage.

In the event we find an ircd over these limits we will contact the shell owner and give him/her 24hours to restart the process. If they fail to do so, we reserve the right to do so.
